How to Use the Digital Invoice
- Proceed to the invoice form below
- Fill in all relevant information and required fields
- You can add additional pets/vouchers by clicking the "Add Voucher" button
- You do not need to mail standard or feral cat vouchers back to SpayKind (formerly Humane Solution)
- If you have a blue FHS voucher, we will need those returned to us
- Please remember to enter the Total amount for the entire invoice
