Humane Solution Spay-Neuter Program offers reduced cost vouchers for spay-neuter surgery to underprivileged pet guardians and feral cat caretakers. If you need help with the rescue or placement of animals or are in need of veterinary assistance beyond spay-neuter, please visit our Community Resources page to find fellow organizations that may be able to help.
Starting on January 1st Feral vouchers will be $45. The ear tip, vaccines, and flea treatment are still included with the voucher.

Is Your Cat a Feral Cat?
- Is your cat(s) friendly or approachable by humans other than the feeder/caretaker in any way?
- Will the cat let anyone other than the feeder/caretaker touch it?
- Will the cat allow you to place it in a carrier safely?
- If you answered “NO” to these questions, then your cat would be considered feral and eligible for this program and you may fill out the application at the bottom of this page. If you answered “Yes” to these questions, please apply for our Pet Spay Neuter Voucher at this link (Pet Spay Neuter)
