- October 3, 2026 – Winston-Salem (Forsyth Animal Shelter) | Registration opens September 5
- November 7, 2026 – Kernersville VFW 5352 (FREE for Veterans) | Registration opens July 1

*Dogs must be securely leashed. Cats must be in secure carriers*
To ensure the safety of our volunteers and patrons, if your pet is feral, highly protective of its family, aggressive, or anxious in any way, a public clinic setting may not be the best place to treat your pet. Please do not bring that pet to this clinic. Instead, you can contact your veterinarian so that your pet can be treated in a safe, secure, and private environment.
Services are provided at the discretion of the vet or vet assistant on staff during the clinic.
THIS CLINIC IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Applications that are paid in full with uploaded vaccine information (if necessary) will be processed first. Unpaid applications will not be processed or given an appointment.
All payments are non-refundable without 24 hours notice before the clinic. With prior notice, a refund can be issued for the amount paid minus the credit processing fee.
