Applications without payment will not be processed.

You must have email to use the on-line form. If you do not have a valid email address, contact us at info@humanesolution.org to mail an application to you.

Cats are $45 each and dogs are $60 each.

After we receive your application and payment, a voucher for each pet will be mailed to you.
