How to Use the Digital Invoice

 

  • Proceed to the invoice form below
  • Fill in all relevant information and required fields
  • You can add additional pets/vouchers by clicking the "Add Voucher" button
  • You do not need to mail standard or feral cat vouchers back to Humane Solution
  • If you have a blue FHS voucher, we will need those returned to us
  • Please remember to enter the Total amount for the entire invoice
  • A video of the process is below if you need to reference it
