*Effective March 1, 2020*
Feral Cat vouchers issued outside of Forsyth County will increase to $36. The feral voucher will still include spay/neuter surgery,
vaccines, flea treatment, and the ear tip. Feral vouchers issued for Forsyth County will remain the same price.
Wikipedia defines a feral cat as, "an un-owned domestic cat that lives outdoors and avoids human contact: it does not allow itself to be handled or touched, and usually remains hidden from humans." Feral cats are also usually non-vocal, unresponsive to human sounds, and nocturnal. If the cat will allow you to touch it in any way and you often see it during the day, it is likely a stray cat and had human socialization at some point in their life. Our program is intended for feral cats that are part of a maintained outdoor colony.
Feral cat vouchers are $10.50 for cats inside Forsyth County and $36.00 for cats in other counties. Microchips for feral cats are an additional $10. You will be taken to a payment page if you successfully submitted your application.
